About this policy
This policy explains how information is handled when you use The Pearl REIF website or send an enquiry through it. For questions about this policy or your information, use our Contact page.
Information you send us
The contact form collects your name, email address, telephone number, enquiry category and any company name or message you provide. Submit only information needed for your enquiry; do not include passwords, identity documents or confidential account details.
Contact delivery and website operation
Contact submissions are sent to the team by email using Resend. The website does not store contact submissions in its own database. Your message may remain in the receiving email system so the team can respond and follow up.
Hosting and security services may process request details such as your IP address, browser, requested page and request time to deliver the website, troubleshoot faults and protect it against misuse.
Cookies and browser storage
The pearl-site-locale cookie remembers your English or Arabic language choice for up to one year. A pearl-contact-cooldown cookie limits repeat contact submissions for 60 seconds after a successful submission. Browser storage also remembers display preferences and whether the introduction has been shown during your session. You can clear these values in your browser; doing so resets those preferences.
Maps and external websites
The interactive portfolio map uses Mapbox when available. Loading the map makes requests to that provider, which can receive technical connection information. Links to Muscat Stock Exchange and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Access, retention and your choices
Information is used to deal with your enquiry, operate the website and meet applicable legal obligations. Service providers involved in hosting or email delivery may process it, including outside your country. Applicable law may also require disclosure to public authorities.
Keep the information you send accurate. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you have provided, subject to applicable law and any record-keeping requirements. If you no longer need a response or follow-up, you can ask us to delete your enquiry correspondence. Some records may need to be retained where applicable law requires.
Security and policy updates
Do not use a public enquiry form for sensitive documents. Internet transmission and email cannot be guaranteed to be entirely secure. We may update this policy as the website changes; the date above identifies this version.
